We have a flexible schedule. We follow a daily routine; however, but depending on the weather, and children’s moods, the activities planned may vary a bit.

 

Preschool /School-Year Schedule-

Arrival  6:45

Exploration Time

Breakfast served from 7:00-8:00

Exploration Time

9:00  AM Preschool Program Starts

9:00  Group Time- Choose a helper job, Calendar, weather, intro. discuss activities for the day, songs and fingerplays

9:05- 11:00 Exploration Time, Themed Activity Time & Snack

11:00- 11:30  Outside/Large Motor Activities

11:30-12:00  Group Time-Story or Themed Activity

12:00   AM Preschool Program Ends

12:00-12:30  Exploration Time

12:30- 1:00  Lunch Time- served family style

1:00- 3:00  Reading & Rest Time 

3:00- 3:30  Group Time- Story

3:30- 4:00   Outside/Large Motor Activities

4:00-4:15   Snack Time- school-agers arrive

4:15-4:45  Homework for school-agers

4:15-5:30  Exploration Time /Outside Time

Close at 5:30 PM

8:30-9:30  Center Free Choice Time

9:30-9:45  Morning Meeting- Greeting, game, calendar, weather, choose a helper job, and discuss activities for the day

10:00-10:30  Morning Snack

10:30-11:45  Outside Time

11:45-12:00  Clean Up & Wash Hands

12:30-1:00  Lunch

1:00-3:00   Reading & Rest Time

3:00-3:30 Outside Time

3:30-3:45 Afternoon Snack

3:45-5:30 Outside Time/ Exploration Time
